ESXi 5.1 install OK, but no boot after reboot the server

Hi,

I just intalled an ESXi 5.1.0 an a Intel Board with an adaptec 5405 Raid 5 maschine.

The installationprocess works with no error. But the following boot did not find a bootpartition.

I boot the system with Knoppix to look an find a solution. The Raid-5 Harddisk is founded and there are some files on it but my linux knowledge is outmoded and rudimental.

Can somebody please help me to get it run?
