expose the problem
I installed esxi5.1 server poweredge r715 ADM Opteron 6238 processor. the bios of the server is upgraded to the latest version 2.9.0
VM with s.o. xp 32bit and Windows 2003 are very slow and found to have the 100% CPU.
This problem also happens with new virtual machine and not just moved to another virtual machine infrastructure.
Support DELL has checked the BIOS settings of the server and it is ok
