Schedule a shutdown of ESXi 5 host

Hi everyone, I know this has been posted before, but I have not been able to find a solution that would work in my environment.

I have a scheduled power outage in my building from 7am to 3pm.

I have one ESXi 5 host with 3 VMs running on it.  I can easily schedule the VM's to shut down. I do not have vcenter.  I have one Windows server that isnt a VM, that I could run a script off of.  I just cant seem to find a script to run without using Vcenter.

I dont know how to schedule the host to gracefully shut down though.
