Create notification for a particular ESXi Host Hardware Problem ?

Hi,

One of our ESXi 5.1 Hosts is constantly has hardware problem (with Hardware Status Alert).

We would like to seek your advice

1) If we create a notification, should we use "Host Error" alarm ?

2) Is it possible to send notification to staff for that particular host with "Host Error" alarm other than other ESXi Hosts (i.e. Send to both Tony and Stephen for ESXi Host A Harware Problem BUT only send to Tony for other ESXi Hosts Hardware Problem) ?
