Provisioned space doesn't match

When I view provisioned space in the "Capacity" block on the summary tab (img 1),

it shows that I've over provisioned my datastore.  When I look at the storage view for the datastore (img 2)

and add up the provisioned space, it is 2T less than the provisioned amount shown on the summary tab. 

When I look at the files on the datastore I don't find any "hidden" orphened snaps or anything.  Not sure what to make of it and it is causing a warning alert for the datastore.

Any help would be appreciated.
