ESXi 5 drivers for TS3100

I have a IBM x3630 M3 server with ESXi 5. I would like to have one VM ONLY for backups, that VM is Windows 2008 R2. The backup device is a ts3100 IBM library connected through SAS initially is all ok but when loading, it doesn't show up the Autoloader (tape library)  only tape drive, then on the backup VM I only can load it as it was only a single tape, I can't see all the tapes and slots.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if I need a spare driver only for the robotic loader in order to be able to manage all the tapes independently.
