ESXi 5 and VLAN

Hello,

I have one host with ESSi 5.0 and one Virtual Machine Group (VLAN ID 0 - none) and only one physical network card.

This is my network configuration:

lan: 10.10.10.0/24

gateway: 10.10.10.1

host esxi: 10.10.10.3

I need to install new VM (Domain Controller + Exchange), but in the same network subnet (where is the current server).

I think it is possible to create a VLAN with the same subnet ?

The ESXi host in connected to Dell Switch and gateway 10.10.10.1 is a firewall (pfsense 2).

is possible to create a VLAN with the same subnet (10.10.10.0/24) without the two networks communicate with each other and that the new subnet can access the Internet?
