lost Partition ESXi 5.0 GPT - Recover possible?

I have ESXi 5.0 an this weekend my Datastore with all my VM is gone.

The Output of ~ # partedUtil getptbl /dev/disks/t10.ATA_____ST31500541AS______________________                                                                                                                             __________________6XW0FCSN

it was a single Partition and created as vmfs 5 when I remember right
