MAC Mini ESXi Attempting to copy Broadcom Driver

All,

I am attempting to copy a Broadcom driver on from my MAC Mini Super Driver in ESXi VMare but unable to do so. I am performing the following commands:

~# "cp /vmfs/volumes/mpx.vmhba32:C0:T0:L0 /tg3-3.120h.v50.2-547149.zip"

~# "cp: cannot stat ' /tg3-3.120h.v50.2-547149.zip: No such file or directory"

When I perform a "ls -la" command under the vmfs/volumes/mpx.vmhba32:C0:T0:L0 directory, I  see the following file on the list of directory and files "'/TG3-3120HV502-547149.Z: No such file or directory"

Can someone point to the right direction and/or perhaps review my command  and/or file directory?
