How to delegate in ESXi 5

Hi everybody!

We have 2 problems which need to help:

1. Is there anyway to delegate roles in vsphere ESXi, my boss will be admin (administrator in Vcenter) and he want to create some sub-admin accounts (like reseller in hosting) for our sale team, each man has 1 account for actively initialize vm for customer?

2. Basically, i often login each vmware ESXi by root account and create Privilege, Create Group. create User and finally add permission. But now in VCenter, we have no idea for this
