Scheduling a task to migrate a VM

Given a vSphere 5 infrastructure without the Storage vMotion license, I planned to create 3 scheduled tasks to be executed during thje night:

• Task 1 shuts down a VM
  
• Task 2 migrates the powered down VM to a different datastore
  
• Task 3 powers the VM up
  

I can schedule Task 1 but when I try to schedule Task 2 I get a message saying that I have no Storage vMotion license and I cannot migrate a powered up VM to a different datastore.

How can I specify that the VM will be powered off when the task will be executed?
