Disk reads performance

Hi,

I have 4 esxi on Hp servers, with HP A5800 switchces and 2 Lefthand P4500G2 storages with raid5 + 10.

On virtual machine I have this values of bench.

hdparm -tT /dev/sda

/dev/sda:
Timing cached reads:   4702 MB in  2.00 seconds = 2352.58 MB/sec
Timing buffered disk reads:  132 MB in  3.15 seconds =  41.92 MB/sec

What do you thing it is ok? Im thinking that TCR can be faster.. no?
