esxi 5.x upon importing a vm , vm won't start acpi.sys error.

I have an ovf that I'm importing with vshpere client verion 5.0.0 build 455964 and vmware esxi version 5.0.0 build 469512. the importing of vm is successful but when I start the vm , I get an error acpi.sys missing or corrupt. One of the other team member have the same esxi host and he's able to import and start the vm fine.

Any idea what's causing this problem?
