Three leg perimeter, routing in linux within Vsphere

Hello,

A 2-part question. (actually just 2 questions ^^)

1)

I need to set up a network for a Project. We have chosen for a three leg perimeter and linux distro's.

This may have been a bad decision actually, since I never worked with Vsphere before and now.. I must.

Setting up 3 virtual switches is not that hard to do and adding them in my linux server has been done too.
I have already setup IP adresses to my green and orange zones, but I just cannot figure out how to get an internet connection from my red zone.

This will prevent me to continue with my work on installing my ot her servers in the green zone.

It is much appreciated it I get some help asap. My deadlines are shortening and my stress factor is rising.

2)

My Vsphere connection to the blade server keeps on failing. Due to the fact that I'm randomly trying things. For instance;

The ip address to connect to the blades = 172.16.61.31. No problem with connections, but Then I tried to edit the Management network in the 'VM-Network' network adapter to the local IP address that I got earlier. So I changed it on that adapter to 172.16.61.205. That change caused my connection to the blades to fail and I cannot enter it since then. Is this problem caused by the fact that I changed that management network? Or is that a coincidence?

I really, really hope to get some answers ^^

I thank you in advance!
