Vmware licensing - Evaluation license 32GB limit

Hi,

I have an 80GB single host, I'm managing this through the Vsphere client. I don't plan on adding another host, setting up high availability, fault tolerance or any other advanced features. It's simply a single host with 2 VMs on.

I have a 1 virtual machine with 64GB of RAM. Whilst the evaluation license has 60 days, I'm fine. The free Vmware license has a limit of 32GB physical RAM.

If I leave things with the evaluation license, after 60 days will my virtual machines simply fail to power on? The host has more than 32GB.
