Twelve hours into this and I thought I'd post an issue and see if anyone could help. Looks like I have a classic issue, but the classic fix doesnt seem to work. CID mismatch error. I've corrected the only discrepancy, but my VM still won'd boot.
Cannot open the disk '/vmfs/volumes/4e09e27a-1efbddf1-bdad-f46d040fe65a/ThunderDC02/ThunderDC02-000004.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.
The parent virtual disk has been modified since the child was created. The content ID of the parent virtual disk does not match the corresponding parent content ID in the child
I've been through the vmdk files over and over and the CIDs all match (only one was out of whack to begin with).(attached)
It woudn't be such a big deal if it wasnt the only working domain controller and I hadn't deleted my snapshots trying to accomplish something else. Log's attached. Hope someone can help me out
