Hello., I am having an issue adding a esx 5.1 host to the vsphere 5.1 cluster. I was initially able to do it and then ran a compliance check against the new host at which point the host was removed from the cluster and from the inventory. When i try to add the host back in I get the error message "Unable to contact the specified host. The host may not be available on the network...." I am able to ping the host via ip address and hostname.
How can i re-register this host and add it back to the cluster?
