correction and some help???

hi

i have a dell laptop INSPIRON with

moemory= 3GB

processor= core i3-2330M @2020 GHz

when i started installation of ESXi 5.1 then after some while it stop booting and show a error "network adaptor missing may be not physically connected or driver not installed" this type of error.

now please guide me and tell me the solution?

and second one is

i have one esxi server

now i want to add resources from different pcs so how can i do it?

is hypervisor needed for others pcs whos resources are to be used?

guide me plz
