I would like to buy the support supscription for one year 24x7 severe 1.
But before, I would like to know if VMware support team could help me to fix my issue as there is not a refund policy.
This is our situation.
We have a Esxi 5 with several VM. 1
1 of our IT guys deleted by mistake the file 0001.vmdk from the primary vm server. now the server could not start because the file 0001.mdk is missing.
I read in a forum that by changing the vmx file and deleting this entry it will be fixed. but this entry does not exist.
If I'm correct the 0001.vmdk file is related to snapshot, so our server could start with out it.
Do you think the support team could help us to fix this issue.
